How to Book

Step 1: Access the Client Portal

Click the “Book an Appointment” button on our website, which will take you directly to our secure client portal powered by Zanda Health.

Step 2: Choose Your Service and Pay

Once inside the portal, please register as a new user (or login for returning clients), then select "Book an Appointment". You’ll be able to view available appointment times of up to one week in advance and choose the one that works for you.

Step 3: Confirm Your Appointment

After selecting your time and completing payment, follow the prompts to enter your details and confirm the appointment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the necessary details.

Yes, we prioritise your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Your personal information and session details are kept secure and confidential.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate other clients who may need the time slot. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our website’s booking system via the secure client portal. Simply choose the service you’re interested in, select an available time slot, and complete the payment. Please note, payment is required upon booking, and sessions must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance. Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If no sessions are available, or if you need more flexibility, feel free to email us at thenookmilton@gmail.com with your availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you during weekday daytime hours.

If you’re experiencing emotional challenges, seeking personal growth, or looking to address specific issues, counselling or therapy could be beneficial. We offer a 50 minute welcome session to help determine if our services are a good fit for your needs.

What can I expect during my first session?

In your first session, we’ll discuss your goals, current challenges, and any questions you may have. It’s an opportunity for you to get to know your therapist and begin setting a path for your journey.

How do group support sessions work?

Our group support sessions provide a safe space for sharing experiences, gaining insights, and supporting each other. Groups are facilitated by experienced professionals and are designed to foster connection and collective growth.
